What we collect

If you sign up, volunteer, RSVP, contact us, or donate, we collect what you type in: your name, email, ZIP or address, phone number if you give one, and the issue you tell us matters most.

Our website provider records standard visit information such as your IP address, browser, and which pages you read. We use cookies for basic site function.

If you donate, our payment processor collects your payment information along with the information Florida law requires us to report.

What we do with it

We send you campaign updates. We answer what you send us. We organize volunteers and events. We process contributions and file the reports the state requires.

Who sees it

Service providers. Companies that run our website, send our email, and process donations. They get only what they need.

Your mobile number stays here. Text message opt-in information and consent are never shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

The State of Florida. Contributions are reported to the Florida Division of Elections and those reports are public records, published online by the state. If you contribute, the information the state requires will be publicly available. This campaign supports that disclosure.

Courts and law enforcement, if the law requires it.

We do not sell your information.

• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts
• Email [email protected] to see what we have, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will, except where campaign finance law requires us to keep the record.

This site is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information on those under 18.

We take reasonable measures to protect what we hold. No system is perfectly secure.
